Computer Science is a course where students have the opportunity to explore their passions, develop critical skills, and engage with computers through project based learning. However in order to support this type of elective class, it is necessary to ask for voluntary donations to cover the cost of supplies for various materials such as batteries, SD and USB drives, and microcontrollers/minicomputers such as Micro:bit, Circuit Playground, and Raspberry Pi. We receive limited funds from the school or district to pay for consumable materials, supplies or equipment in this type of class, so your donation is greatly appreciated! The per student donation request is $30.00 per semester but we would appreciate any amount you can donate.
